"Tape Number Four is the fourth Private Studio Compilation. Private Studio is an eight-track recording facility operated out of Wyandotte, Michigan, just south of Detroit. We could have called it a Detroit compilation, but we would rather define the enviroment than be defined by it."

Released in a multifolded b/w cover. Black cassette (unmarked / unstickered).

Front cover proclaims "includes 2 BONUS TRACKS!" (Tracks A8 and B1 are not on the vinyl release.)
