HOUSE OF DOGS is a 26-minute melodramatic adaptation for radio of  the legend of the Cenci family of Renaissance Italy, which previously has been recounted in prose by Stendhal, in verse by Shelley, and in drama by Antonin Artaud. In this version by Gargoyle Mechanique, an evil father is marked for murder by his wife and children after he kills the family dog and serves him for dinner. A ground-breaking effort in in the cassette medium, HOUSE OF DOGS is a unique and hilariously horrifying listening experience. Flip the cassette over and hear it backwards!
