The Water Album is a collection of vignettes of a wide variety of water sounds, recorded during travels around America between 1978 and 1983. This album is an aural observation of water in motion, a meditation upon its diversity within simplicity.

These recordings were made with the binaural stereo technique, using microphones placed about one half inch in front of my own ears.
