This one has a combination of the two different label styles and matrix numbers - on the same vinyl disc.

Labels for sides A to C (1 to 3) have the release date (1971) above the word 'Stereo'.
The side D (Side 4) label does not have the release date.

Labels on Sides A to C are numbered 1 to 3.
Label on side D has the number 4 spelt out (FOUR).

Vinyl on side D / FOUR includes the extra runout/ matrix number C 29212 B-1 whereas the others do not.
