Limited and numbered edition of 120 copies, comes with unique handmade cover artwork, signed by Matthew Waldron.
Released together as parts 3 & 4 of Beta-lactam Ring's "Records Are Not For Baking" series, a subscriber only mail order series, which comprises 12 items - 6 releases each twinned with a 12" picture disc.
"Perekluchenie" = BAKED 03. 800 copies of Perekluchenie also available as a single item without the extra 12".
Some copies of Resurrection Of The Senses were also sold as single item.
"Resurrection Of The Senses" = BAKED 04.
Sleeve notes on "Perekluchenie": "All tracks recorded during the relentless parade of hours provided betweeen the years 2002 and 2004, except side 2 track 2, recorded between the apartment of R.K. Faulhauber and a toilet in Felton in 1998. Final selection compiled early 2004 at the edge of the woods under a dark cloud. Thankfully, that cloud is now almost entirely dispersed.
Side 2 track 1 in its original form was created to accompany an improvised Butoh performance by Paige Sorvillo and Kinji Hayashi.
Thanks are due to: Chris McBeth, Jim Haynes, Jon Whitney, Andee Connors, and, as always, the majestic corporeality of Richard Karl Faulhaber.
This release is dedicated with affection and respect to a pair of inordinately lovely people: Dawn McCarthy and Nils Frykdahl. May they be mercilessly seized by fits of contentment and happiness every day of their life.
