Recorded live at CBGB's on July 12th, 1989. Released in support of their upcoming album "Headkick Facsimile", limited to 300 copies. Recorded on blank Type 1 Sony HF-S46 Super High Fidelity Fine Gamma cassette tape.

The tape abruptly ends 3/4 of the way through "Eggs For Rib", running out the entire duration of the cassette. All track times include stage talk during song change, they due not reflect the run time of the studio recordings.

The live recording contains a track named "Dachau Hilton" which is was never recorded in a studio, this cassette contains the only version known to exist.
