Issued in an entirely laminated sleeve and black inner with beveled top corners.

Cat# on: sleeve (reverse, spine) and labels.

This is the version that does not have the mistake "O' Darling" on the label that was corrected to "Oh' Darling".
Her Majesty is also not listed on the back cover or label.

This version has the Garrod & Lofthouse credit on coverbackside - There is another version with blackened credit (see this one )
