Description: Formed in September 1981 by Costas Pothoulakis and Fill Scars. The Punk/New Wave experience of Costas from 'Parthenogenesis and 'the Reporters, along with the music influences of the rest of band's members created the final sound of Villa 21. On 11/11/1982 they made their first live appearance in Athens. They gradually changed their music style to Garage/Punk. They disbanded in 1991.
